True Path Lending

Website privacy.

Effective October 26, 2026

This notice describes the public True Path Lending website and its deal planner. Separate notices may apply to an actual loan application, lender, borrower portal or other service.

Your deal-planner inputs

The planner calculates results in your browser. This website does not send those inputs to a server, save them in browser storage, or create a loan application. Inputs remain in the open page until you reload or leave it.

“Copy summary” copies the displayed scenario to your device’s clipboard when supported. If copying is unavailable, the site displays a summary you can select and copy yourself.

Contacting the lending desk

Phone links open your device’s calling service. Email links open your email application. “Email scenario” prepares a draft containing your planner inputs, which you can review before sending. The site does not send email automatically.

If you contact us, the information you choose to provide is handled through our phone or email services to respond to your inquiry. Please start with basic property details and your financing goal. Do not send Social Security numbers, banking credentials or sensitive application documents through ordinary email; ask the desk for the appropriate way to provide them.

Cookies, analytics and hosting

This website does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts or application cookies. Fonts and images are served with the website. Your hosting provider may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser information, requested pages and access times to deliver and protect the site.

Links to other services

Links to OYKRA, My California Home Solution, and any connected application, scheduling or borrower service take you to a separate website. Those services have their own privacy practices. This notice covers this public website only.
